NOTICE REGARDING
THE TEMPORARY LIQUIDITY GUARANTEE PROGRAM
OF THE FEDERAL DEPOSIT INSURANCE CORPORATION

Bank of Coral Gables is participating in the FDIC’s transaction account guarantee program. Under that program, through June 30, 2010, all noninterest-bearing transaction accounts are fully guaranteed by the FDIC for the entire amount in the account. Coverage under the Transaction Account Guarantee Program is in addition to and separate from the coverage available under the FDIC’s general deposit insurance rules.

SWEEP ACCOUNT DISCLOSURE

Sweep arrangements or funds transferred to an interest-bearing account will void the FDIC’s guarantee.

Deposit accounts other than noninterest-bearing transaction accounts are not covered by this program, but are insured up to $250,000 until December 31, 2013.

On May 20, 2009, the FDIC announced that FDIC insurance will temporarily increase from $100,000 to $250,000 per depositor through December 31, 2013. On January 1, 2014, the standard insurance amount will return to $100,000 per depositor for all account categories except IRAs and certain other retirement accounts, which will remain at $250,000 per depositor.
